These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Signage Flow Dev, including our website, dashboard, player experiences, applications, content management tools, support channels, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, placing an order, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, franchise, school, clinic, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” includes both you and that organization.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including use by your team members, invited users, operators, contractors, and branch staff.
Signage Flow Dev is a hosted digital signage platform that helps businesses manage screen content across one or more locations. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:
We may improve, change, rename, or discontinue features from time to time. We will not be required to maintain every beta, experimental, promotional, or legacy feature indefinitely.
The account owner or purchasing organization is responsible for the workspace, its screens, locations, uploads, schedules, and team permissions. You agree to:
Some parts of the Service are offered on a recurring subscription basis and some may be sold as one-time offers, including promotional lifetime deals. Pricing, limits, and plan inclusions are shown on the applicable checkout, offer page, invoice, or written proposal at the time of purchase.

To request a refund, contact support@signageflow.com from the email associated with your account and include your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
We may deny refunds where we reasonably believe there has been abuse of the refund policy, repeated purchase and refund behavior, fraudulent activity, chargeback misuse, or intentional misuse of promotional offers.
If you purchase a lifetime deal, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the purchased plan offering as operated by Signage Flow Dev, not the lifetime of any individual person, employee, device, or company customer. Lifetime deals:
Because Signage Flow Dev is a shared SaaS platform, every account is subject to fair and reasonable use. Our fair usage policy exists to protect service quality, uptime, storage health, delivery performance, and abuse prevention across all customers.
Unless a higher limit is included in your plan or agreed in writing, you may not use the Service in a way that materially exceeds normal product usage patterns for digital signage operations. Examples of unfair or abusive use include:
If we believe your usage exceeds fair usage, we may ask you to reduce usage, remove content, upgrade your plan, purchase additional capacity, or move to a custom arrangement. If the issue is urgent or harmful, we may temporarily throttle, suspend, or restrict affected features while we investigate.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate before long-term enforcement where practical, but we may act immediately where necessary to preserve uptime, security, legal compliance, or platform stability.
You may not use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the media, text, logos, playlists, embeds, data, and other content you upload or submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, cache, and display Customer Content only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to use Customer Content with the Service and that your use of Customer Content does not violate law or the rights of others. We are not responsible for obtaining media licenses, music rights, performer consents, venue permissions, or end-customer permissions on your behalf.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, outages, infrastructure incidents, connectivity issues, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control. References to future features, mobile apps, TV apps, integrations, or roadmap items are for informational purposes only and are not binding delivery commitments unless stated in a signed agreement.
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party providers such as payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, media embeds, map providers, or app distribution platforms. We are not responsible for third- party products, policies, outages, or changes. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of your access if:
Where appropriate, we may first notify you and give you a chance to cure the issue. We may act immediately without prior notice where the matter involves fraud, abuse, security risk, illegal content, infringement claims, or urgent platform protection.
Upon termination or cancellation, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete or anonymize account data and Customer Content after a reasonable retention period, except where law requires longer retention or where needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain security records.
The Service, including our software, branding, interface design, documentation, templates, and platform materials, remains the property of Signage Flow Dev and its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you share product feedback, suggestions, or ideas with us, we may use them without restriction or obligation to compensate you. If either party receives non-public business, technical, or operational information from the other that should reasonably be understood as confidential, that party will use reasonable care to protect it and will use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, already lawfully known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device, screen, browser, network, or third-party hardware environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signage Flow Dev and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Signage Flow Dev and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Customer Content, your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or entity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating this page, by email, or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
